The Montgomery Group Inc provides business consulting and advisory services only. Our services include business position analysis, operational optimization, business structuring guidance, cash flow review, growth planning, and strategic action plans.
Important: We do not provide loans, act as a lender or broker, or make credit decisions. All services are consultative in nature.

Consulting Relationship
Our relationship with you is that of an independent consultant. We provide advice and recommendations based on the information you provide. The ultimate decisions regarding your business remain yours. We are not responsible for business outcomes resulting from your decisions.

All content, materials, and methodologies provided by The Montgomery Group Inc remain our intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.
Limitation of Liability
The Montgomery Group Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
Confidentiality
We will keep your business information confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
Termination
Either party may terminate the consulting relationship at any time with written notice. Upon termination, you remain responsible for any fees owed for services already rendered.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
